How to Use ?
Pre-Cleaning the Surface
Begin by thoroughly cleaning the wooden surface to remove any dust or debris. Use a clean, soft cotton cloth for this initial cleaning to ensure that the surface is free from any particles that could scratch or interfere with the wax application.
Applying the Oil
Take a clean, lint-free cotton cloth and lightly dip it into a small amount of wood wax oil or use the brush. Apply the oil evenly across the surface of the wood, making sure to cover all areas. The oil should be spread thinly to avoid any buildup. Allow the oil to penetrate the wood for about 30 minutes, ensuring that it soaks in evenly and deeply to condition the wood and enhance its natural beauty.
Removing Excess Wax
After the wood wax oil has had time to soak into the wooden surface, use another clean cotton cloth to gently wipe off any excess beeswax. This step is crucial to prevent any sticky or greasy residue that could attract dust or dirt. It also ensures a smooth, even finish on the wood.
Polishing the Wood
For a final touch, polish the surface to bring out a high shine. Quickly buff the wood with a clean cotton cloth; the faster you wipe, the higher the gloss. This step not only enhances the wood’s appearance but also provides a protective layer that helps preserve the wood’s look and feel.
